Delicate, floral, and subtly herbaceous, this jam is made from the wild blossoms of Daucus carota—commonly known as Queen Anne’s Lace. A cousin of the domesticated carrot, this lacy white flower has long grown along meadows and roadsides, treasured by foragers for its aromatic, almost vanilla-spiced aroma.

This jam pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, yogurt, or freshly buttered toast, and makes an unexpected but elegant glaze for roasted poultry or pork.

A taste of summer fields in every spoonful.
