We’re opening the Heirloom Fire kitchen for a small series of hands-on workshops focused on the foundations of good cooking.

Built for curious home cooks, these sessions are designed to be intimate, practical, and rooted in real technique. Each workshop is limited to six guests, allowing for a more personal experience centered around direct instruction, seasonal ingredients, and the kind of knowledge that carries into everyday cooking.

These are not overly complicated cooking classes. They are focused workshops built around the skills that matter most: knife work, preservation, seasoning, and learning how to build deeper flavor with confidence.
Each workshop runs approximately 2.5 to 3 hours and includes all ingredients, instruction, and a shared tasting during class.
