AFTERGLOW is a guided dining experience exploring intimacy, connection, and release through food, scent, ritual, and choice.
Held on Friday the 13th, this is not a Valentine’s dinner.
It is an additional approach to it.
Rather than celebrating romance as a fixed ideal, AFTERGLOW traces the emotional arc of connection itself. From first attraction to attachment, desire, stillness, and ultimately, choice. Each course is designed to subtly shift the room, using temperature, aroma, texture, and pacing to create a shared but deeply personal experience.
Some courses arrive plated. Others are shared from the center of the table.
