Flames of the Ancients: A Night of Fire and Wine: Saturday

Step into a story that began over a thousand years ago.

"Flames of the Ancients" is not a dinner—it’s a pilgrimage through fire, wine, and time. Hosted under the open sky of the Hudson Valley, this immersive culinary experience honors the legacy of ancient monastic winemakers from Moresco, Italy, whose sustainable philosophies and sacred traditions continue to echo through the vines today.

Guests will embark on a guided walk through elemental storytelling stations—feet in cold water, warm bites on ember-fired stones, and wine drawn from creek beds. Each stop along the path reveals part of the story, through scent, taste, and ritual.
