About the event
Join Heirloom Fire at Chesterwood for The Republic’s Table, an immersive open-fire dining experience set on the historic grounds of Daniel Chester French’s summer home and studio in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
Inspired by Abraham Lincoln’s inaugural banquet, 19th-century American dining, and the enduring symbolism of Chesterwood itself, the evening invites guests into a layered experience of history, fire, landscape, and storytelling.
The night will move through the property with a sense of ceremony, leading into a seated, multi-course dinner shaped by preservation, regional ingredients, hearth cooking, and the American table.
This is not simply dinner in a historic place. It is a meal built around memory, craft, and the stories that remain in the land.
This event is hosted by Chesterwood. Heirloom Fire is joining as the culinary partner for the experience.
