James Gop | Heirloom Fire

The first dinner in the Gathered series starts where it all began; with James Gop. The conversation will lead us through the birth of HF, the early years, inspirations and what might be next. The meal will be four, thoughtful and entertaining courses. Wine and cocktails are included. Due to the specialized nature of this menu we cannot accommodated dietary restrictions. Very limited seating. These dinners will be prepared indoors in our test kitchen at Heirloom Fire HQ, and will not feature our traditional fire elements.
