Inside Heirloom Fire’s workshop, you’ll be seated at an intimate harvest table for 24 guests. The night unfolds through a multi-course menu where dishes appear disguised, illusions descend from the ceiling, and centerpieces come alive with unexpected reveals. It is a supper designed to blur the line between art and nourishment — a ritual of surprise, storytelling, and playful discovery.
As the evening progresses, you’ll be guided through an edible narrative where each course is revealed in dramatic fashion. Some dishes will emerge from glowing embers, others hidden in cloud-like vessels. At the center of it all is the harvest itself reimagined, reinterpreted, and set against a backdrop of sound, atmosphere, and seasonal abundance.
