You will always see Cricket Creek Farm cheese on our market tables. Nestled in the valley of Mount Greylock, the farm could not be more idyllic. The meal and conversation will focus around the challenges of a small dairy operation and how a family came to the rescue of an important establishment in The Berkshires. The meal will be four, thoughtful and entertaining courses. Wine and cocktails are included. Due to the specialized nature of this menu we cannot accommodated dietary restrictions. Very limited seating. These dinners will be prepared indoors in our test kitchen at Heirloom Fire HQ, and will not feature our traditional fire elements.
