Stevens, a renowned wine consultant and sales manager for Café Europa Fine Wine and Spirits, will be joining us for the event. With almost 20 years of experience working with small production wineries, Emerson brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for the transportive power of wine. Alongside Chef James, Emerson will guide you through this culinary journey, connecting each course with nature, history, and community through the art of wine pairing.
