Heirloom Fire joins Whitney Farm Estate for a two-night open-fire dinner in Oxford, Maine, built around land, inheritance, stewardship and the foods people choose to carry forward.

The Evening
Guests will arrive into an active outdoor cooking landscape: lavender lemonade, smoke, shellfish, charcuterie, warm bread, hot coals and the visible preparation of the meal.
The cocktail hour moves between a generous Heirloom Fire charcuterie table and The Tidal Hearth, a live-fire shellfish station featuring Maine oysters, hanging mussels and lobster cooked over the coals.
