Wild Land

Join James and his team at their tasting room on January 14th + 15th as they celebrate their version of winter in The Berkshires. If you attended our "Gathered" dinner series in 2019 + 2020, you'll know that these dinners are imaginative and exciting. The six course menu will be a collocation of all things winter in The Berkshires from game, water fowl, winter fish and a variety of preserved wild ingredients that we have collected throughout the season. Dinner with include wine and other cocktails. Dinner is very limited capacity .

Due to the specialized nature of this menu we cannot accommodated dietary restrictions. Very limited seating. These dinners will be prepared indoors in our test kitchen at Heirloom Fire HQ, and will not feature our traditional fire elements.
