A new autumn session will take place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 11:00 AM to approximately 4:00 PM at Heirloom Fire in Richmond, Massachusetts.

The class is limited to ten guests. The first four places are available through our First Fire Release for $375. Once those are claimed, the remaining places will be $425.

Working together around the fire, we’ll prepare a small selection of dishes using a variety of live-fire methods. Along the way, we’ll talk through wood selection, temperature control, and the small adjustments that help cooks move comfortably between flame, coal, and radiant heat.
 
At the end of the workshop, the food we’ve prepared will be served and shared together as a relaxed fire-cooked meal with wine.
 
This class serves as the foundation of the Live Fire Cooking series and is designed for anyone curious about learning how to cook confidently over wood fire.
