Whole ramp bulbs, selectively harvested from a prolific woodland patch that we actively steward.
The harvest is kept intentionally limited to protect the patch and create space for additional native plants to grow alongside the ramps. The bulbs are then lightly smoked and pickled, preserving their natural garlic-like character while adding acidity, depth, and a subtle layer of wood smoke.
 
Bright, savory, smoky, and sharply balanced, they are especially good with charcuterie, cheese, roasted or grilled meat, sandwiches, beans, and rich vegetable dishes.
