HOW TO ORDER

All Thanksgiving orders are pickup only on Wednesday, November 26, from 12 PM – 4 PM at Heirloom Fire, 2089 State Rd, Richmond, MA.

Whole Wood-Fired Duck with Autumn Spice Glaze – $175

Brined with salt, sumac, and spruce tips, finished with cider, charred orange, and wild honey. Includes duck-fat roasted root vegetables and spiced jus.

Berkshire Pork Shoulder Roast with Smoked Apple & Mustard Jus – $165

Heritage pork, slow-roasted over open flame with smoked apples and whole-grain mustard glaze. Includes sage salt and caramelized onion jus.

Wood-Fired Pumpkin Cheesecake

Fire-roasted pumpkin purée folded into cream cheese and local eggs, baked in a graham crust kissed by oak smoke. Finished with crème fraîche and wild honey.

Shagbark Hickory Chess Pie

Deep, caramel-hued custard pie sweetened with shagbark hickory syrup—earthy, nutty, and reminiscent of maple smoke. Finished with sea salt and a brown-butter crust.

CHARCUTERIE & APPETIZER BOARDS

Presented on a branded oak charcuterie board, yours to keep.

Each board includes a variety of charcuterie, regional cheeses, house pickles, 1887 sourdough, dried fruits, nuts, and Wild Cranberry Relish.
