One of our signature pantry items at Heirloom Fire, our Ramp Aioli. 

Each year we tend to our ramp patch, thinning as needed. We harvest the leaves, puree them into a mild olive oil and clarify it. We use this oil as a base for our aioli using eggs from our chickens and our apple cider vinegar. We use this exact aioli to go with out potato dish for our events.
