After each Heirloom Fire event, we bring the bones back — beef, duck, chicken, and lamb — and simmer them low and slow over open fire. Hours of reduction transform them into a hyper-concentrated broth, rich in collagen, minerals, and deep, layered flavor. We cook it down until there’s almost no water left, resulting in a dense, solid puck — a chef-crafted concentrate unlike anything you’ll find on a store shelf.
Available in two sizes:
2 oz Jar — Makes up to four 8-ounce servings of broth. Perfect for sipping, sauces, and single dishes.
12 oz Jar — Makes up to twenty-four 8-ounce servings, ideal for regular use or stocking your pantry.
Simply dissolve a tablespoon into boiling water for a deeply nourishing sipping broth, or use it to elevate soups, risottos, sauces, and demi-glaces.
