We are an open fire based events company that acts a bit like a traveling band on the search for our next stop to set up our kitchen. Every event that we put together is a completely unique experience and is planned specifically around a special day. Wherever we work, we do our best to source as much as we possibly can from local farmers, purveyors and artisans so we have the opportunity to tell the story of the region through food. Everything is cooked completely over hardwood flame the day of the event over our hand crafted steel and iron equipment. Through this blog we will document parties, beautiful food and much more.
