Join us November 15th (Yes, a Tuesday) as we travel to Nashville, Tennessee and start our fires with our friend, Sean Brock at his Restaurant, Audrey.
I cant begin to tell you how excited I am for this road trip. Way back in 2018 we had traveled to Franklin, TN to cook for the wedding of the legendary southern singer and songwriter Mac Davis's Son. Having no connections of great food producer, I cold direct messaged Sean on Instagram asking for a little help, which he was more than happy to provide. Back then, we talked about collaborating on an event at his (then dream) restaurant, Audrey. Four years and a different world later, here we are.
The four-course meal will be cooked over open fire and is inclusive of pairings with the meal. The dinner will be prepared with our signature cooking apparatuses with the flavor and lore of the low country. I know these tickets will go fast and for supporting us over the years and being loyal followers, I wanted to offer you all the first crack at these tickets. We can't wait to cook for you and have this amazing adventure.
